中煤建筑安装工程集团有限公司，原身为中煤建筑安装工程公司，成立于1953年，于2011年12月19日正式更名改制，现隶属于中国中煤能源集团公司。拥有国家房屋建筑工程、矿山工程、市政公用工程、机电安装工程施工总承包一级；建筑装修装饰工程、建筑幕墙工程、起重设备安装工程、金属门窗工程专业承包一级和石油化工施工总承包二级；公路工程施工总承包三级等专业资质。已发展成为主业突出、装备精良、技术领先，集矿山建筑、安装、洗选运营为一体的国内矿山建筑行业最具竞争力的大型总承包企业。
公司下辖六个工程处，承担着以煤、有色金属等矿山建筑安装为主的各类大型工程建设任务；一个选煤技术有限公司(原中煤建安公司洗选运营分公司)，承担着各类型选煤厂的洗选运营任务。公司现有员工5800余人，各类专业技术人员2600人；拥有国内外先进的综合配套设备2066台(套)，总装备能力38558千瓦。年施工能力50亿元，煤炭洗选运营能力5000万吨/年。公司曾被列入全国500家最大经营规模建筑企业第54位，全国房屋建筑业100家最大经营规模企业第25位，河北省建筑施工企业综合实力百强之首。多次被评为全国先进建筑施工企业、全国用户满意施工企业、中国施工企业管理优秀奖、煤炭工业优秀企业“金石奖”、河北省质量管理先进企业和重合同守信用企业。1997年在全煤系统率先通过GB/T19002-ISO9002质量体系认证，2004年通过GB/T28001、ISO14001认证，建立了质量、环境、职业健康安全“三标一体”的整合型管理体系。

公司承建的中国神华集团神东煤炭分公司石圪台1200万吨/年选煤厂，仅用7个月时间就完成了土建、安装、调试、试运行等全部施工任务，创国内大型选煤厂建设速度之最；6个月完成亚洲最高、提升能力最大的井塔国投新集刘庄煤矿主井井塔工程，创我国钢筋混凝土井塔施工速度最快、采用新技术最多等7项纪录；承建的总容量13万吨的神华准格尔能源有限公司黑岱沟和哈尔乌素露天矿选煤厂新建产品槽仓，创国内单仓容量最高纪录；筒仓滑模施工、高寒地带冬季井塔滑模连续施工，分别创国内3个月施工同规模滑模工程数量最多新纪录和国内高寒地带冬季井塔施工速度新纪录。承建的中煤集团平朔东露天矿直径45米筒仓，创亚洲最大直径筒仓滑模施工新纪录。

Founded in 1953, China Coal Building and Installation Engineering Company is subordinate to China National Coal Group Corp currently. It possesses the national first-grade general contracting qualifications on construction of building engineering, mine engineering, municipal public works, mechanical and electrical installation works; first-grade specialist contracting qualifications on building decoration engineering, building curtain wall project, crane installation engineering, metal doors and windows project as well as second-grade general contracting qualifications on petrochemical engineering; third-grade specialist qualifications on general contracting of highway project construction. It has developed into a large-scale general contracting enterprise with the most competitiveness in domestic mining and building industries, being outstanding on major businesses, possessing excellent equipments and advanced technologies as well as integrating mining, building, installation and washing operation together.
There are six subordinated engineering departments of the company, undertaking various kinds of large-scale engineering construction tasks which mainly are mining, building and installation for coal, nonferrous metal, etc.; one coal preparation technology CO.,LTD, undertaking washing operation tasks for various types of coal preparation plants. Currently, there are more than 5800 employees in the company and 2600 technicians in different majors; the company also owns 2066 sets of comprehensive corollary equipments being advanced at home and abroad, with total equipment capacity of 38558 KW. Its annual construction ability reaches 5 billion yuan, with coal washing operating capacity of 50 million tons/year. The company was once listed No.54 in the National Top 500 Building Enterprises with Large Operation Scale, No.25 in the National Top 100 House Building Enterprises with Large Operation Scale as well as top of the 100 Construction Enterprises with Comprehensive Strength in Hebei Province. It was repeatedly awarded as the National Advanced Construction Enterprise, National Construction Enterprise with Users' Satisfaction, the Award of Excellence for Construction Enterprise Management, the “Gold Stone Prize” for excellent enterprise in coal industry as well as the enterprise with advanced quality management and the enterprise which observes contract and keeps promise in Hebei Province. Since its establishment, the company has always bear the construction task of key mining area for China’s coal industry. It has accomplished the construction and installation projects for the maximum coal preparation plant at home and even in Asia in each different stage and created several firsts; it has undertaken two thirds of building and installation projects for coal preparation plants and pithead power plants throughout the country, doing remarkable contribution for coal construction of the nation. Coal preparation plant for Sihe Coal Mine of Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Ming Group and Liuzhuang Coal Mine of SDIC Xinji being contracted and built by the company were successively awarded the “Luban Award” set for Chinese building project with excellent quality. In addition, the Liuzhuang Coal Mine project, together with the architectural complex at Tian An Men, the Three Gorges Project, Qinghai-Tibet Railway and the Bird's Nest rank among the “100 Classic Construction Projects” for the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. The company obtained more than 200 awards like the National Award for Excellent Project, the “Sun Award” in Chinese coal industry as well as excellent project prizes of provincial or municipal level, winning a high admiration in mines and various kinds building and installation markets at home and abroad.
Depending on progress of science and technology and paying attention to its development, the company establishes a construction technology innovation system specific to its own characteristics. As for the coal preparation plant with annual output of 12 million tons under China Shenhua Group Shendong Coal Co., Ltd. in Shigetai, our company took only seven months to complete all the construction tasks like civil work, installation, debugging and commissioning, thereby creating the fastest speed in the construction of the large-scale coal preparation plants in China; our company also completed the shaft tower works in the main well of Liuzhuang Coal Mine under SDIC, which is the highest in Asia and has the largest hoisting capacity, thereby creating the fastest speed in the construction of reinforced concrete shaft towers in China and breaking seven records like adopting the most new technologies; the tanks and silos for new products with total capacity of 130,000t in the open-pit coal preparation plants of Heidaigou and Haerwusu under Shenhua Group Zhunge'er Energy Co., Ltd. created the highest record in domestic single silo capacity; the slip-form construction of silo and the slip-form continuous construction of shaft tower in the arctic-alpine zone in winter respectively created the domestic new record in the most number of the same scale of slip-form construction projects within three months and the domestic new record in the construction speed of shaft tower in the arctic-alpine zone in winter. The silo with diameter of 45m in the Pingshuo Eastern Open-pit Coal Mine under China National Coal Group Corp created the new record in the slip-form construction of silo with the largest diameter in Asia.
